CLEAR & BALANCE YOUR OWN CHAKRA
Most people out there are not aware of the fact that their physical, mental and spiritual health is deeply intertwined. Our body comprises of seven chakras, and these chakras determine our overall wellbeing. Proper functioning of all the chakras ensures appropriate energy flow to all body parts including our vital organs. Needless to say, chakra cleansing and balancing is a must to enjoy good health and happiness. As such, there are many ways to clear, cleanse and balance our chakras. One can do it on own their own or pay an experienced practitioner to do the job. If you decide to do it yourself, then you should know in advance that the task requires you to be patient with your efforts. Below is the step by step instruction on how to cleanse and balance your chakras. First and foremost, you need to find a quiet room that is free from all sorts of noise and other distractions so that you are able to focus properly. You can consider playing some soothing music in the background, if you think that the soothing music will help you focus better. Sit comfortably in a meditation pose and visualize being surrounded by a protective bubble of white light. Now, imagine this protective bubble revolving around your body with increased pace. You will be using this protective bubble to energize yourself while meditating. You will be focusing on the root chakra while meditating. The root chakra is based at the bottom of your spine. Now, visualize the protective bubble of white light turning red. Next, visualize a beam of red light coming from the protective bubble of red energy. Visualize it passing from the back to the bottom of the spine. On the other side, picture the red light passing outward into the protective bubble of red light. As more light comes in, you will feel that the chak ra is opening up. Now, visualize the bubble changing into orange colour. Picture an orange ray of light passing from the bubble and through the back of your pelvic chakra. Imagine the beam of light passing out from the other side just below your belly. Keep visualizing this until you feel that the pelvic chakra has opened to its maximum potential. These steps need to be continued until the solar plexus chakra turns yellow in colour and the heart chakra turns green in colour. The throat chakra should be blue in colour, the third eye chakra should be indigo in colour and the crown purple should be of purple colour. Once you are done cleansing the crown chakra, picture yourself being surrounded with a ball of white light. Keep chanting your favourite mantra in your mind and thank any spiritual being while still maintaining the meditation pose. Slowly release the position and move your body to improve your blood circulation. Remember, you might have to make several attempts over here before being able to master the art of clearing and balancing your chakras on your own.
